MINIVIEW/SNAPSHOT – INFORMATION PORTAL

Sometimes you need a quick answer at a glance. The Miniview/Snapshot gives you this. All users enter your intranet through the Miniview/Snapshot, creating one place for news and information on your business. Hot topics are highlighted on one screen. As needed, the user can drill into more detail for each module.

Access/Permissions

The access and permissions structure is a dominating difference from any competitor. Both employees and data enjoy the benefits of the access and permission structure.  ISIS offers group based permissions as well as the typical "user" and "manager".  Changing hundreds of employees' permissions with a couple clicks of the mouse is one of the many benefits of this ISIS functionality.

ISIS offers a usage report showing detailed number of visits and the last time logged in.

ASSET MANAGER

Track all company assets, such as computers, phones, software, furniture, vehicles, and equipment. For each asset, track purchase price, current value, vendor source, serial number, and product version. Associated assets can be cross referenced, making for streamlined reporting when managing projects that cross departments or continue for an extended period of time.

CONTACT MANAGER

Organize the interactions between your company’s departments and your communication with clients. Your business pipeline is managed and measured quickly and efficiently as contacts are organized as prospects, vendors, competitors, partners, and clients. Tasks, meetings, and call notes can be attached to contacts, creating the network of information required to analyze projects and opportunities.

CONTENT MANAGER

Manage the knowledge resources of your business in a well organized, immediately accessible library. From policies and procedures and employee handbooks to streamlined printable sales materials, your company’s vital documentation is all managed within the easy to use interface of the ISIS content manager.

DOCUMENT MANAGER

Access documents anytime, anywhere – a home office, on the road, in an airport, or at corporate - because all documents are stored in one online repository. Documents can be shared or they can be assigned to a specific contact. ISIS integrates the drive mapping with Windows File Manager, so selections of folder and file systems are intuitive to users.

Executive Dashboard

Financials are a critical aspect of the business. Having the data real time is necessary to make intelligent decisions.  ISIS integrates the key components of your business and produces customizable reports. ISIS caters to top level executives who need to see key performance indicators at any time. The easy to read charts and graphs display the vital signs of the company.

FORUMS MANAGER

Forums provide an excellent venue for shared knowledge. Users start a discussion or ask a question on the forum; management and staff respond with relevant ideas and experiences, making the information available in one shared location. More effective than group emails, forums create a trail of knowledge. Access and posting privileges can be controlled by permission settings according to your company’s policies on communication and information sharing.

INVENTORY MANAGER

Manage inventory with precision accuracy. Inventory is deducted from the master database in real time. Because you know exactly what is in inventory, how long it takes to restock, and the cost per unit, you can minimize your overhead costs devoted to warehousing while increasing your ability to meet the needs of your customers.

INVOICE MANAGER

Create invoices on the fly. Using live data feeds, your sales and operations people create invoices at the time they serve your customers. They track billable hours in real time, giving you accurate records of services rendered. Additionally, your management team utilizes real time data tracking to predict workflows, scheduling, hours for project fulfillment, and billable services.

News and Announcements

This module allows for easy administration for company news and events. ISIS has the capability to rotate different uploaded news and events screens. Group level permission saves valuable time and effort.  The external public website interface has proven to be a valuable feature as well.  

OPPORTUNITIES AND PROJECT MANAGER

An opportunity means that a client is likely to close a deal due to a time-based or resource-based need. Your sales team and/or your management team can track opportunities and projects by date and use inventory to manage customer interactions more effectively.

TASK and CALENDAR MANAGEMENT

Tasks and activities are linked into the calendar module and the contact module, allowing the user to easily cross reference workflow, company, contact name, task, deadlines, origination dates, and the person responsible for completion. A live status display indicates where a project is in process.
Once a transaction is confirmed with a PO from the client, the operations department can step in with order fulfillment. You track the client by project, whether that means a tangible product or a service performed by your staff and vendors. TIME TRACKING

One of the most lauded uses of the ISIS real time invoicing system is the ability to track the amount of time devoted to each step of a client interaction. By tracking the time your operations staff spends logged in to a customer’s account, ISIS provides back end resources for your accounting department to analyze billable hours devoted to each client, project by project.
