Business process
1. Project administrator enters a New Project (Or converts an opportunity) into the Project management section
2. Activities are created and associated with the project.
3. Time-sheets are created by the Employees/Subcontractors doing the activities and easily convert activities into time-sheets.
4. Employees/Subcontractors mark activities completed as they finish the work.
5. Time-sheet admins approve time-sheets. (This can be for job costing and/or Employees/Subcontractor pay tracking)
6. If ISIS is used for as the billing system time-sheets can be easily added to invoices or PPDBs (Pre-Paid Discount Blocks). ISIS offers a full Accounts Receivable modules for billing, AR and payments received.
7. Reporting
a. Reports run by project leaders for project status and management.
b. Reports run on time tracking for Employees/Subcontractors pay status and/or management.
c. Employee utilization reports. This helps managers to understand if their Employees/Subcontractors are being over or under utilized.
