Opportunity Module
OPPORTUNITY MODULE
An opportunity means that a client is likely to close a deal due to a time-based or resource-based need. Your sales team and/or your management team can track opportunities by date and use this tool to manage customer interactions more effectively.
Track all your Clients/Customers or Distributors/Resellers/Manufacturers Representatives Opportunities in this Module.
Opportunity fields Company name Contact Type (Opportunity or Project) Name Group (This is if you have a Master Opportunity and want to track multiple opportunities under one master opportunity) Account Exec. Probability Status (Prospecting, Qualification, Needs analysis, value proposition, ID Decision makers, Perception analysis, Proposal/Price Quote, Negotiation/Review, Closed Won, Closed Lost, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled) Number (If your team uses numbers to track opportunities then this where you track it) Active or in-Active Proposed Close Date Total Value (This is a dollar amount for the opportunity) Notes and Comments area
Search an Opportunity by: Company Contact Acct Exec. Proposed date range (From and To) Type (Opportunity or Project) Status Group (This is if you have a Master Opportunity and want to track multiple opportunities under one master opportunity) Partners (You can search Opportunities for a company and it's partners. Example track all your distributors or dealers opportunities) Active/In-Active Probability Search (This is where you can search for a Name of a Opportunity)
In a Opportunity listing you can see these columns: Action (Delete and/or edit an opportunity) Company Name Status Probability Acct Exec. Proposed close date. Value
Groups Menu This is where you can create Master Opportunities and/or Groups. This will allow you to place multiple Opportunities or Groups under a Master group to be able to report on all the Opp/Projects located under that Master group.
