ISIS Has a very powerful "Real-time" Mobile access that is designed for the user on the go. ISIS Supports the iPhone, BlackBerry, Treo, and other smart phones. To access, go to your ISIS login page and select the mobile icon. We suggest you bookmark this back on your mobile device. You can have the system remember your user name and password just like the main ISIS page so you do not have to enter this every time you want to access your ISIS information. (You must have regular ISIS module access rights to see these module links)
Currently ISIS modules that are able to be accesses from the Mobile interface are:
1. Contacts
You can look up Companies and/or contacts quickly. Once a contact is selected, you can see all the pertinent information (i.e. All phones numbers, address's, Website links and activities) for that contact.
2. Task/Activities
See a list of all your open or in-progress activities and change the status while on the go.
3. News and Announcements
Keep up with your company's News and Announcements. This link will show you News just as if you where logged into the full ISIS.
4. Forums
Not only can you see the forums from the road, you can respond and update from the Mobile interface.
5. Calendar
Keep up with your personal Calendar and add meetings while remote.
