CONTACT MANAGER MODULE

The Contact module is the heart of ISIS. It is a Business-to-Business (B2B) Contact manager. This means that if you do business with companies and the people associated with those companies then this is a powerful system for you. If you are a business that deals with Business-to-Consumers (B2C), which means that you deal with people only and not a business, then ISIS is probably not a good fit for you. (example of a B2C company is a residential Real Estate broker)

ISIS enables you to organize the interactions between your company’s departments as well as your communication with clients, Partners and Vendors. Your business pipeline is managed and measured quickly and efficiently as contacts are defined as prospects, vendors, competitors, partners, and clients. All Activities, including Tasks, meetings, call notes and custom Activities, can be attached to contacts, creating the network of information required to analyze projects and opportunities.

The Contact manager can track these activities even when a person changes the Company and/or Organization they were working for. You can select whether the activities stay with the existing Company and/or Organization or follow the Individual to the next Company.
