Can I have a module added or customize an exsisting module?
Yes, Computer Alli is a custom software developer. We have the ability to not only make ISIS look and act the way you would like, we would be happy to sit down with you and your team for a no cost consultation to design and estimate the enhancements you require. Just contact a ISIS Sales rep.

Do I need to load any software or have a VPN connection on my PC?
No, ISIS is totaly Web based, all you need is a Internet connection and a user ID and password. No VPN software is needed either.
Contact Module
When I add activities such as calls, meetings and notes can I see them from all contacts associated with one company?
Yes, Our Contact Module is a "Business to Business" manager. This means you can have one main company with many contacts associated with that company. When you look up one of the contacts you can see all of the activities for that company.
Time Tracking
Can an employee change their time sheets once they have entered them into ISIS?
Yes, an employee can go back and update their time sheets until a Time Tracking manager has approved them. Once they are approved then the employee can only view and not change them. Only a Time Tracking manager can unlock these time sheets once they are approved.
Opportunities/Projects
Can I track time against Opportunities and Projects?
Yes, You can assign time sheets to Opportunities and Projects. You can also create Master Opportunities and Projects to total all time for groups of opportunities and projects.
